How long do most projects take?
For most pieces, we recommend planning for 4-6 weeks of production, but each project varies with the complexity of the design. We always do our best to accommodate short timelines for special projects.
Can I reuse old diamonds or existing jewelry?
Absolutely! We create many custom remount designs for clients who have inherited jewelry or just want to refresh a piece of their own. We understand how important it is to you to use an heirloom stone. We can use only your gems or add new diamonds or gems to freshen the look of an older gemstone.
Will I see my design before the piece is made?
Yes, we use cutting-edge technology to provide interactive renderings and 3D printed models to clients for their approval before proceeding with casting or production to ensure that the piece is exactly as you envisioned it.
Can I have a custom piece made if I don’t live near a Boudreaux’s location?
Yes, we work with clients across the country on custom projects. We can coordinate phone calls or virtual appointments to take the place of an in-person consultation in one of our showrooms.
